Nurture the Flame!

We welcome families of all types and sizes and have many ways to connect.

Families with Children or Youth

A progressive and inclusive values-based spiritual community for children and youth offering many opportunities to connect with an intergenerational congregation.

Sunday Services

Children and youth are welcome in the service! Early on, there will be Time for All Ages, where children can participate in a story related to that month’s theme. Afterwards, religious education teachers lead children to classes. Some services are fully intergenerational, so children and youth stay for the whole service. Nursery care is always available for little ones 5 and under.

Children and adults explore our Shared Values on Sunday mornings (like Sunday School), with activities and teachings drawn from diverse spiritual traditions, humanism, science, and more.

Our Whole Lives (OWL)

Learn about healthy relationships and responsible decision-making. Small workshop groups (divided into levels by age from kindergarten through older adults) discuss honest, accurate, age-appropriate information about relationships, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, sexual health, and cultural influences on sexuality.

Lit brightly by sunshine, children and adults congregate on a clean playground with wooden play equipment and surrounded by green trees.
